OSHA Inspections & Preventive Maintenance
Not all inspection and preventive maintenance programs are the same. We evaluate your needs and put together a customized solution to assure safe and well-maintained equipment.
Save time and decrease costs with the right mix of inspections and preventive maintenance. Avoid unnecessary interruptions in production, ensure peak efficiency and plan repairs around your schedule before they become more costly or inconvenient.
We follow ANSI, OSHA, and CMAA standards providing the documentation required by OSHA 1910.179.
Modernizations & Rebuilds
Upgrading your existing electrical or mechanical systems can often be performed more economically than purchasing a new crane.
Each individual crane is unique and using our extensive experience we will advise the best options to provide safe operation, extend equipment life, reduce repair costs and increase productivity.
We offer rebuild services on items such as motors, gearboxes, brake assemblies, hook blocks and wire rope drums that can be completed at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
Load Testing
Load testing services are available when you need them. We can use weights supplied by the customer or provide them when required for testing on site.
OSHA requires load testing in the following situations:
- New overhead crane systems shall be load tested prior to being placed into service.
- Existing crane systems shall be load tested after modification or re-rating.
Runway Surveys
Runway surveys provide a detailed analysis of elevation, span and straightness. These surveys also provide a more in depth look at the overall conditon of runway hardware and connection points.
Correcting areas of concern will assure safety, reliability and minimize wear to both the crane wheels and runway rail.
